About the program

Over the course of 8 weeks, this workout program is designed to help you to improve strength, weight loss, endurance, conditioning, and overall health from your home using just dumbbells/kettlebells.

The program is split into 3 phases of training of 4 workouts a week + 1 optional circuit to put your body through multiple challenges to optimise your results.

Each workout includes instructional videos and cues, availability to track your training and progress along the way.
